Manager - Customer Service (5-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Subject Matter expert" from a business, operations, and customer service perspective.
2. Conceptualize, create, maintain, and own Customer Centric processes.
3. Conduct formal training &coaching sessions for new hires and ongoing refresher courses for existing employees to ensure that they have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide excellent customer service
4. Identify, resolve, and communicate challenges proactively.
5. Drive initiatives including regular customer experience- health check surveys and research to understand their 'Gains and Pains'.
- Propose a plan to further elevate Customer experience on our platform.
6. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Customer Affairs Representatives, ensuring that they are providing exceptional customer service
7. Develop scripts for phone, email, and online chat to ensure consistency and quality of customer service
8. Evaluate and analyse systems such as email and chat service to ensure they are being used to their maximum benefit, and report on productivity accordingly.
9. Utilize customer service and web technologies to increase customer satisfaction
10. Administer Live Chat tools and other web-based customer affairs technology on a daily basis
11. Multitask several projects simultaneously.
12. Work in a dynamic environment and be results and deadline-driven
13. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and participate on multi-functional teams
