Manager - Customer Sales (2-5 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Create a business plan and sales strategy tailored to the market that will guarantee the company's profitability and sales targets are met.
- In charge of overseeing the development and performance of the Account Managers.
- Creates action plans both individually and as a team to find sales leads and prospects efficiently.
- Launch and oversee the creation of plans of action to enter new markets.
- When necessary, provide support in the creation and execution of marketing strategies.
- Performs individual assessments with every Account Manager to enhance communication, identify areas for training and growth, and offer suggestions for enhancing the sales and activity performance of Account Managers.
- Give senior management performance feedback in a timely manner.
- Offer prompt, precise, and competitive pricing for all finished prospect applications that are sent for pricing and approval.
