KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- User retention through Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, in-app notifications, SMS and other channels of acquisition & retention
- Delivery of RoI and target KPIs from channels of retention
- Processes services, prepares correspondence, and fulfills needs of existing customers that are at risk of cancelling services
