Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction Management:
- Handle inbound calls from potential and existing customers to qualify leads, address inquiries, and provide product information.
- Actively listen to customer needs and pain points to tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Effectively navigate customer objections and address concerns to close deals.
Sales Lead Generation:
- Identify potential sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead qualification.
- Generate new leads by engaging with customers during service calls and converting them to sales opportunities.
CRM Management:
- Accurately update customer information and interaction details within the CRM system.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales pipeline, manage leads, and monitor sales performance.
Relationship Building:
- Foster strong customer relationships through personalized communication and follow-up.
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Performance Tracking:
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Regularly analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
