Position Title : Customer Relationship Manager
Experience : 3-6 Years
Location : Mumbai, Pune
- No. of Working Days and Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm

- Policy, quote, claim servicing
Job Purpose :
- As a Customer Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth from new market clients. You will be expected to generate leads independently and maintain a record of daily visits to report to your supervisor.
- This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in non-motor insurance.
Key Accountabilities :
Sales Growth : Take charge of achieving sales growth targets in your assigned area.
Cold Calling : Conduct proactive cold calls to identify potential clients and initiate sales conversations.
Sales Generation : Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into insurance policy sales.
Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, visits, and sales progress.
Policy, Quote, and Claim Servicing : Provide assistance to clients in policy selection, quotation, and claim-related services.
