- Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Relationship Manager.
The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Ensuring brand SOPs are followed.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
- Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
- Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
- Training, and overseeing new staff.
- Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
- Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 4 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Luxury.
- You also have good experience in CRM.
- Prior retail experience in Womenswear & Accessories would be an advantage.
- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
