Manager - Customer Relationship - Real Estate (2-10 yrs)
JD Description:
- Responsible for End-to-End CRM activities from Sales Bookings to Documentation and Handover of Units to clients
- Responsible to coordinate for post-Handover activities like Society Handover and complaint redressals
- Responsible for ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and complaints and maintaining a proper mechanism to control the same
- Coordinate with internal departments for quick and timely resolutions of all kinds of customer requests
- Ensure Collections as per discussed targets every month
- Ensure necessary actions are taken to keep outstanding under control
- Communication with customers over the mail and phone
- Coordinate with bankers for loan coordination and timely payments
- Coordinate with clients and internally for timely ATS/Sale Deed Execution
- Site visits for the respective project to assess progress from customers perspective
- Prepare reports like outstanding, query analysis etc.
- Ensure all kinds of changes are timely updated in documentation
- Interdepartmental Coordination and with Sites as well
- Should be able to lead a team of RMs for handling multiple projects.
- Has to achieve desired results as per set / decided goals / KRA's.
- Should have experience of enhancing customer experience in real estate industry
- Should be apt in conflict resolutions
- Needs to be a good administrator and team builder and motivator.
