The Job
Your Responsibilities will includes :
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Candidate needs to call on lead data for property sales.
- Learn details about our product.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their requirements.
