Manager - Customer Relationship - Real Estate (0-1 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Successful candidates will be a part of the relocation team and can work from home.
- First point of contact for customers, the record of all their requirements and coordinating requirements with SalesTeam and Customer.
- Establishing new and maintaining existing customers and owner/realtor relationships on call.
- Managing and interpreting new Customer requirements, coordinating site visits and performing basic system migration of Customer into the inventory with help of Sales Executive Team.
- Maintaining a record of all inventory, conducting quarterly report of Inventory status as prepared by Sales Executive Team.
- Coordinating Handover of inventory to and from Owners &Customers.
- Coordinating with CEO and Field for any ticket support required. Coordinating with CEO forclosure of customer concerns and feedback.
- Managing, tracking, maintaining and closure of all customer & Owner concerns and feedback.
- Sharing operations feedback to CEO and development team to ensure quick resolution of customer/owner concern.
- Obtaining Customer reviews on online platforms (Social Media) and offline (sharing with Marketing team).
Job timing 10 AM -7 PM. Monday to Friday.
Half-yearly bonus based on Performance and customer ratings.
Job Requirements:
- Must have good communication and written skills. Must be fluent in English and native language (Tamil). Knowledge of Hindi would be an added bonus.
- Must have excellent negotiation skills, and a strong sense of meeting all deliverables. Team player. Self-motivated and proactive.
Employment Type: Permanent.
6 months of probation.
Confirmation post-performance appraisal post 6 months with 20-30% hike.
