Manager - Customer Relationship - Post Sales - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)
We are hiring a Customer Relationship Manager - Post Sales (Real Estate) for our client.
Qualification: Any graduate
Location: Narsingi, Hyderabad
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Department : CRM Post Sales
Age Criteria : 25yrs to 35yrs
Timings : 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM
Gender : Male Only

Roles and responsibilities :
- Sending Welcome emails to customers and greeting them through cold call.
- Handling complete customer data and Sales details in the portal.
- Through knowledge about all agreements, Agreement of Sale, Bank documents (TPT, Builder NOC, Demand letter, Sale deed etc...)
- Understanding the Different Bank loan procedures and helping customers with required documents for the loan process.
- Ensure timely collection of revenue from customers / Monthly EMIs Communicate promptly site update or any other information to customers related to the project.
- Responsible for collection of outstanding balances by Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress.
- Coordinate with customers, Monitoring and informing the progress of the projects from time to time.
- Complete knowledge on the customers concerns regarding their flats and resolve them with coordination with other
- Responsible for maintaining MIS and closely working for Preparation of Final work Report.
- Attending customers who visit HO with their queries to resolve and ensure 100% satisfactory resolution to the query. Cancellations, transfer requests and registration process.
- Analyse data according to customers' balance dues and prepare reports for sending reminders / final reminders /Project updates to customers on regular intervals Uploading customer details in ERP as well as maintaining formats.
- Preparation of MIS reports of Customers (New bookings/ Registration/ Transfers) Set-up and maintain files, records and databases such as Customer information, cell phone and e-mail id lists Coordinating with Sales as well as Accounts department.
- Regular interaction with the customers and resolve their problems for various issues related to the flat.
- Provide a strong customer service experience on the phone and in person Handling difficult and aggressive customers in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales and the accounts team to ensure the sales process is closed successfully.
- Prompt attendance & action to all complaints raised by clients. one single point of contact for post-sale till handing over.
- Planning and providing documents for the registration process.
- Through knowledge about flat handover. Handle complete procedure for handing over the flat to the customer for interior work.
- Managing post booking customer services till delivery /possession stage
Desired candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
