Job Description
- CRM Manager will lead the management and optimization of customer relationship management systems.
- The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement, drive retention, and provide actionable insights to the management team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM system setup and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Execute the CRM strategy aligned with marketing goals and customer segmentation to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Spearhead the setup and continuous optimization of CRM processes, leading to improved workflow efficiency and data accuracy.
- Manage customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity through rigorous data sanitization protocols.
- Implement data-driven strategies for customer segmentation and targeting to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Plan, execute, and analyze CRM campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, social media) to increase customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth.
- Customize and develop reporting solutions to provide actionable insights on campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance metrics, customer behavior, and ROI.
- Identify and optimize customer touchpoints across the journey, enhancing customer experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align the customer journey with business objectivesProvide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting trends and recommending strategies for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance metrics, customer behavior, and ROI.

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR.
- Design and manage customer loyalty programs, including rewards, incentives, and personalized offers to foster customer loyalty and advocacy.
Candidate Details
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience with LeadSquare
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
