Manager - Customer Relationship - IT (4-7 yrs)
We are looking for Customer Relationship Manager (OEMs) in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with OEMs.
- Expanding relationship with all the leading OEMs (IT Hardware & Software) like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, IBM, Dell, HP, Lenovo across India.
- Meeting with the Channel/Account Managers of all the OEMs to better relationships & get leads on opportunities.
- Create & maintain the database of all the key personnel in OEMs.
- Partnership Engagement Program with OEMs.
- Engage in RFP, Tendering, and Bidding process.
- Coordination with Core Bidding Team.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computers or any other relevant degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in maintaining strong relationships with OEMs.
-Strong knowledge of market trends and OEM business environment.
- Relevant experience on Bidding/Tendering.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Open to travel as required.
