Manager - Customer Relationship - Gems & Jewellery (2-15 yrs)
- We are looking for a CRM Manager to set and monitor strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients.
- You will also play a pivotal role in building bandwidth to streamline customer lifecycle within the organization.
- In this role, you will coordinate with our Sales and Banking team to boost our company's market presence and customer engagement. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with Customer Relationship Systems and KPI metrics.
- You should also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns.
- Ultimately, we want you to increase revenues by streamlining post-sales collection operations and achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented company.
Responsibilities :
