Manager - Customer Relationship - Fintech Firm (3-6 yrs)
Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support
- Travel and meet with customers onsite to discover and understand their needs. Coach customers to be product experts and train their teams on Kite
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team, Tech team & sales team members, support renewals, drive transactions and explore expansion opportunities
- Develop a relationship with the customers which is greater than a transactional association
- Drive the account while aiming to increase usage & the subsequent transactional revenue
- Help drive customer references and case studies
It's essential that you:
- Have 2+ years customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company
- Must be a graduate & preferably have an MBA, though not necessary
- Have a proven track record of working in a customer facing role
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Are self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas & flexible approach to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships with a - can do- attitude
- Demonstrate diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
