Job brief
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to acquire, build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, to ensure their continued allegiance to the company and its products or services. Deal with people of diverse backgrounds and temperaments, think on their feet, and maintain full knowledge of the products or services the company offers. Should be face of the company to clients and customers.
NOTE: local language Kannada is must.
Responsibilities :
- Send emails, letters, and other correspondence regarding problem resolutions, product and service features and upgrades, company changes, and other materials for new and existing customers.
- Address all the enquirers on admin dashboard and take necessary action on the same
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication - scripts- when handling different topics
- Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Prompt and successful responses to customer and client issues
- Share input on product development, sale and based on conversations with existing customers
- Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Follow the given KRA and ensure to achieve the same
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a sales/customer relationship role
- Excellent communication skills along with active listening
- Graduate (BBA,B.Com,BA )
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
