Manager - Customer Relationship - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Maintaining and developing relationships with our existing customers via meetings, telephone calls & emails.
- Visiting potential customers for new business.
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in Any Sector (Most Prefer BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors)
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Customer-oriented
