Manager - Customer Relationship (4-8 yrs)
The CRM Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing customer relationship management strategies and systems. You will work closely with sales, marketing, accounts, and customer service teams to optimize customer interactions, analyze data, and drive customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to align CRM goals with the company's strategic objectives.
CRM System Management:
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of CRM software and tools.
- Ensure the CRM system is effectively utilized and maintained, providing training as needed.
Data Management:
- Manage and maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer data in the CRM system.
- Segment customer data to support targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
Customer Insights :
- Analyze customer data and trends to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
Automation and Workflow :
- Develop automated processes and workflows to streamline customer interactions and communication.
- Implement lead nurturing and follow-up sequences for sales and marketing teams.
Reporting and Analytics :
- Generate regular reports on CRM performance, including key metrics such as customer retention, conversion rates, and sales pipeline.
- Use data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations.
