Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to lead and manage our Customer Relationship Executives (CREs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer relationship management, sales leadership, and team development. The CRM will be responsible for achieving revenue targets through a combination of team management and individual contributions.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Relationship Executives to ensure they meet their sales and lead-generation targets.
- Revenue Achievement: Develop strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets through team efforts and personal contribution.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Strategy: Plan and execute effective sales strategies to promote our services, including pre-wedding shoots, maternity shoots, kids brand shoots, portfolios, event management, branding, and casting.
- Performance Monitoring: Set clear KPIs for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs for the team and organize skill enhancement sessions to improve sales effectiveness and customer handling.
- Data Management: Oversee the accurate maintenance of customer records, feedback, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align efforts and optimize client outreach strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports, including sales progress and client feedback, to senior management.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or team leadership roles.
Skills:
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Expertise in CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office.
