Manager - Customer Relationship (3-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conducting daily one-to-one meetings to assign CRE tasks and ensure completion of tasks as per TAT
- Helping CRE to solve their routine problems
- Validating and allocating all new leads within TAT time
- Ensure lead management is done properly by CRE
- Identify customer needs and manage the customer relationship in the best interest of the organization while meeting customer expectations
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and high service quality standards
- Explore market demand as per forecast, create demand whenever required, and suggest to the client accordingly.
- Maintain proper documentation of all vanilla files and formats
- Ensure coordination between field executives and CRE is smooth
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure queries are clarified and resolved satisfactorily
- Responsible for maintaining MIS reports.
- Motivating, leading and guiding the team towards the achievement of organizational goals

- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
Qualification :
- A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience.
Preferred industry - Real estate / any service industry
