1. He is responsible entirely for the region & determines the operational practices of all the areas, making sure each runs smoothly, cleanly, complies with marketing and sales campaigns and meets budget and sales goals.
2. Core function includes Onboarding, Team Management, Reporting, Training on Software, Issue Resolution, Maintaining Relationships, Upselling and Cross-Selling, Taking Feedback.
3. Visiting clients on when required.
4. Work collaboratively with the sales team members to achieve team sales targets
5. Onboard new clients by completing training and implementation on the platform
6. Gain a working understanding of clients- businesses to discover use cases for our software to increase software usage
7. Coordinate with internal teams to get the customer issue resolved as soon as possible
8. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
9. Ensure billing and collection is done on time
10. Responsible for the hygiene of business processes
