Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Customer Relationship Manager for Corporate Sector B2C to expand our clientele. You will be the face of the company for this particular vertical and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective strategy which will pledge the customer associations for long term.
Residency Location: Surat
Working Area: -Surat
Nos Of Post: - 02 nos.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- All social media Handling.
- Prospect, Old and Running Customer Calling.
- Customer Feedback calling.
- New Lead Generation For Sales Department.
- Sales Department Back Support.
- Bulk Mail and What's app Handling.
- New Products and Service Update for Our Clint And Prospect.
- Collaborating with other teams, such as Sales and Marketing, to address customer concerns and feedback
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management
- Providing support in customer events and activities
- Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices to improve product and service offerings
- Contact for New Customer and generate leads or inquiries.
- Approval Process in Corporate and Government Segment.
- Assisting in product and service inquiries, quotes, and sales
- Maintaining and updating customer records and information
- Tender Management and maintained record.
- Secluding Demo.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Having good Communication skill
Others Condition.
Experience: -
- 06 months to 2 year
- Qualification BE - Electrical
Working Days: - Monday to Saturday.
Working Time: - 9:30 AM to 7:00 pm
Salary best in the industry as per experience.
