Manager - Customer Experience - Telecom (2-5 yrs)
Location: Ahmedabad
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience
- Maintain compliance & quality control of technical services and installations.
- Cross sell and up sell company's services after providing resolution to customers
- Customer retention
- Give resolution to critical queries raised by customer
- Facilitate escalations and resolve TIO (Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman)complaints
Key Skill:
- Excellent communication skill
- Self driven
- Should have an experience in dealing with international client
- Managing escalations
Shift :
- 03:30 am to 12:30 pm
- Pick-up and drop available with breakfast .
