- Working with cross-functional teams to build the business cases and plans for improving specific customer issues
- Maintaining SLA with complete ownership on deliverable.
- Forecasting and planning strategies
- Manpower planning as per forecast to avoid business impact.
- Handling customer escalations & issues with proper resolution and satisfaction.
- Responsible for internal communication, answering queries/concerns however they come in (e-mail, chat and social media) and managing feedback to build a better product.
- Inventory Management and Reconciliation submission monthly to finance team.
- Analyzing daily, weekly and monthly reports for effective results in performance.
- Excellent communication skills
