Job Overview:


We are currently seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Manager to lead and transform the end-to-end customer journey for our client's upcoming luxury real estate projects. This pivotal role focuses on integrating high-touch hospitality with cutting-edge technology to create the most distinctive customer experiences in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement comprehensive customer experience strategies from lead generation to post-delivery, ensuring a seamless and luxurious service continuum.

- Oversee all customer interaction touchpoints, maintaining consistency and high standards across various channels.

- Develop and refine service offerings through continuous customer feedback and innovative engagement practices.

- Employ modern technologies such as CRM systems and AI-based tools to personalize and enhance customer interactions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer experience aligns with the overall business objectives.

- Manage post-delivery services to uphold the company's reputation for quality and customer care.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- At least 3 years of experience in customer experience roles, preferably within the luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end real estate sectors.

- Demonstrated ability to manage comprehensive customer journeys and customer-centric strategies.
