Manager - Customer Experience - Automotive (4-10 yrs)
Desired candidate must be with good educational qualifications and good track record for following
1. Know the customer: Deeply understand customer behaviour and develop customer insights
2. Analyse customers by key segments to understand delight drivers and gaps in the current customer experience
3. Work with various internal teams to design and execute business wide initiatives & action plans - Define projects, manage implementation activities, and develop processes aimed at delivering outstanding customer experience
4. As an advocate for the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction across all touch points

6. They act as internal champion and quarterback, coordinating the cross functional approach required for sustained customer success.
