Manager - Customer Experience (2-4 yrs)
Responsibility :
- Manage 100-150 National/Regional accounts worth 1-1.2 cr pa in a defined geography.
- Ensure proper on-boarding of the customer and align operation on customer expectation.
- Develop a good relationship with all key stakeholders from customer side - User, Procurement etc.
- Present the service delivery status & discuss account health every month with customer.
- Grow business by identifying upselling opportunities. In case of multi-sites/new site opportunities, increase HiCare share.
- Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain /renew our customer every year ahead of expiry.
- Ensure the timely submission of invoices & collections of payment as per the agreed payment terms.
Qualification & Experience :
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service role.
Skills &Competencies :
- Ability to build good relationships with customer.
- Strong orientation on high quality customer service.
- Strong Inter personal Skills to deal with multiple internal & external shareholders.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services.
- Proficient with technology.
