Manager - Customer Excellence - Medical Device (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- Manage the queries and complaints we receive on the website
- Forward the queries to multiple hospitals
- Collate the hospitals- replies and make treatment plans on Word/PPT
- Follow up with patients on email
- Coordinate with the inside sales team for the quotation and follow up
- Candidate must be from a hospital background or from a medical travel company

Male mandatory
- 2 years to 5 years of experience as Customer Care in Healthcare / Medical mandatory
