Improve customer service resulting into customer satisfaction & long-term association.

- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution


- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner

- Set a clear & effective plan/strategies for department w.r.t customer service

- Develop effective customer service procedures, policies and standards

- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports & trends which will also help in developing BD strategies

- Delivering a comprehensive service to enquiring customers and converting them into business

- Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer care department.

- Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails

- Managing customers- accounts

- Keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken

- Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets

- Generating business from existing customers & building sustainable relationships where necessary

- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.

- Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.

- Hire and train new customer service agents.

- Manage the approved budget of the customer service department.

- Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods
