Manager - Customer Care - Chat/Email Process - BPO (2-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Manage incoming queries through Email and Chat complaints and provide them resolution
- Forward the queries to multiple departments
- Collate the replies and render solutions
- Follow up with patients on email
- Reply via Emails to complaints or queries raised
Experience :
- 2 years to 8 years of experience as Customer Care in BPO / ITES or E-commerce mandatory
- Must have 2 years experience in Customer Care Email/Chat (Non Voice process) with any E-Commerce / BPO company
Communication :
- Good Hindi skills - Ability to Speak
- Excellent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
