Manager - Customer Acquisition - Co-Living Space (3-6 yrs)
About the role :
The customer acquisition manager will drive the first time sales of the new projects or the newly launched co-living spaces of Grexter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, execution, and success of marketing/sales strategies for each project based on the local demand and demographics in that area. It is an highly entrepreneurial job role which would require you to take ownership of the projects to make sure that the building reaches 100% occupancy in the minimum time. As this is a very important role for the company we have designed highly lucrative incentive programs to reward exceptional performance. Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive customer acquisition strategies, paid and organic, to drive project sales in an efficient and timely manner
- Conduct thorough market research of all tech-parks, major IT companies and colleges in designated territories and markets
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of various strategies using quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Have an account on project-wise online/offline spends and customer acquisition costs
- Hire, train and manage a team of Customer acquisition executives and interns which can be placed in the upcoming projects from time to time
Capabilities :
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- A background in real estate/rental housing sales will be an added bonus
- Deep knowledge of designated region and territory
- Teamwork, cooperation, and ability to take direction
- Reliable, focused, with demonstrated ability to consistently meet goals and deadlines
- Strong time management skills and experience managing numerous projects simultaneously
- Superior relationship- and partnership-building skills
- Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
- Excels under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
