Manager - CSR & Institutional Partnerships - NGO (4-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Implementation of CSR and Institutional Partner's Projects
- Plan and prepare strategy for implementation of approved CSR and institutional partner's project
- Execution of project activities and achieve the target as per the time line
- Maintain the data and reports of the projects
- Prepare qualitative data i.e., case stories, testimonials from stakeholders
- Facilitation to donor visit and donor liaison timely
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners and donors to support CSR initiatives.
2. Networking and liaison with stakeholders :
- CSR Mapping for operational locations (Hyderabad, Vizianagaram and Kadapa)
- Identify and meeting with potential stakeholders and corporate CSR teams
- Meeting with government departments and other major stakeholders
- Coordination with PVRI VZM and PVRI Kadapa Team for smooth execution of the project
3. Documentation and Reporting :
- Prepare required format and MIS for data collections
- Training and facilitation to PVRI VZM and Kadapa team regarding project data management
- Review and monitoring of project activities regularly
- Submission of report and MIS as per the defined timelines. (Monthly & Quarterly)
- Effective communication regarding project update and update in monthly review with HO team.
