Manager - CRM Marketing - Travel/Hospitality (4-9 yrs)
The position will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the marketing automation campaigns across assigned countries. The Manager - CRM Marketing would be required to define and execute campaigns that help the business to build, grow and convert customer relationships through automated marketing campaigns, lead nurturing based on lead scoring at different stages of customer lifecycle via the right messaging.
Reporting to the Head-Automation, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing a range of automated marketing campaigns based on various work flows
- Mapping the customer journey and engage through various touch points thereby increasing conversions
- Segmenting audiences and optimising campaigns to increase effectiveness
- Carrying out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximise results
- Ensure all platforms within the business communicate with each other
- Implementing lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions from quality leads
- Working collaboratively with different functions to ensure effectiveness of automated campaigns
Candidate Profile :
- Min 4 yrs of relevant experience
- Worked in Travel/Hospitality/E-Commerce industry
- Relevant CRM marketing experience
- Lead Nurturing experience
