Manager - Creative/Graphic Design Services (8-10 yrs)
ROLE PURPOSE:-
This position will be for a key role in driving an internal creative center of excellence with best-in-class internal creative design capabilities.
Develops creative for Global Branding and Marketing initiatives.
Leads and manages internal & external design and creative projects.
Successfully communicates and differentiates the strategic brand identity, ensuring cohesion between the strategic vision and external stakeholder image of the brand, and adds value for HCPs and Patients.
Ensures compliance guidelines that will allow for global scalability through a company-wide framework.
Proficient in developing assets for use in digital and print channels.
Key Duties And Responsibilities:-
- Lead the creative development of Global Branding and Marketing initiatives to support products, therapeutic franchises and corporate brand, to all audiences in global markets.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives (logos/brand identity, creative campaigns). Define creative strategy and brand hierarchy across Masterbrand, therapeutic franchises, and products. Effectively drive key messages to external and internal target audiences.
- Lead and manage internal design projects to support Marketing teams, clearly defining projects' scope and overall creative approach. Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders from Marketing to deliver creative projects across digital and print channels for external and internal target audiences. Develop assets for advertising and promotion (websites, banner ads, eCRM, salesforce collateral, patient brochures, print ads, package graphics, convention materials, fact sheets, etc.).
- Lead and manage internal design projects to support other internal departments, clearly defining projects' scope and overall creative approach. Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders from Communications, HR, Executive Leadership, etc. to deliver creative projects across digital and print channels for external and internal target audiences. Develop assets for internal and external communications ( fact sheets, blogs, digital signage, social media )
- Ensure brand identity guidelines are adhered to and help to implement and ensure consistency across products, franchises and corporate brand.
- Support the development of critical internal presentations; keep abreast of the latest technology solutions for communications/presentations.
- Continue to drive efficiency and scale across global markets.
- Help to coordinate and art direct print/photo/video/digital assets. Maintain shared photographic and video library archive system. Prepare images and graphics for third-party use (e.g. photos for news media, agencies).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's /Master's Degree
- Graphic Design or related Field - 8 -10 Years
Salary: INR 1500000 - 1600000
