Manager - Creative (8-10 yrs)
Role Introduction
The creative director responsible for delivering high-quality campaigns and assets for our clients. This position requires a visionary leader who can inspire creativity while aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Creative Development
- Oversee the creative process from concept through execution, ensuring that all visual campaigns are compelling, innovative, and aligned with client objectives.
- Set the creative direction for projects, guiding the team in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops.
2. Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive engagement and meet business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that creative initiatives are aligned with strategic goals and timelines..
3. Mentorship and Team Management:
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers and creatives, helping them to develop their skills and grow within the organization.
- Establish a constructive feedback loop, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and creative experimentation.
4. Brand Development
- Define and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Lead efforts in brand positioning and development, creating compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
5. Strategic Planning
- Analyze market trends, client feedback, and campaign performance to inform creative strategy and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term creative strategies that align with overall business objectives.
6. Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all creative outputs meet high standards of quality and align with brand standards before delivery to clients.
7. Budget Management
- Manage the creative budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve project goals while maintaining financial oversight.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience with a significant portion in management roles within high-quality marketing - agencies.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in an agency or in-house team.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Type: Contract or Part-time
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
