Manager - Corporate Sales - Textiles/Garments/Accessories (5-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- To acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads.
- Offer the company services in the most presentable manner and educate. prospective clients about the company services portfolio.
- Set demo session with the potential customer to convert.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences, meeting potential and existing clients.
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time bound closure.
- To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.
- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
Job Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Accounts manager or similar senior sales role
- Ability to measure and analyse key performance indicators.
- Fluency with CRM software
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sale team.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to travel as needed.
