Manager - Corporate Sales - Startup (1-8 yrs)
About Organization: It is a stealth mode startup dedicated to assisting corporates and other startups with their corporate gifting needs.
Job Description:
Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers/corporates throughout the sales cycle, including targeting, prospecting, and presenting business propositions.
Growth Strategy : Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Lead Generation : Plan and execute lead generation and lead processing through calls and visits.
Market Research : Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Product Promotion : Promote the company's products/services by addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
Customer Mapping : Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization, creating new opportunities.
Relationship Building : Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
End-to-End Selling : Manage the entire sales process from cold calling/emailing to setting up qualified meetings, conducting meetings, closing deals, and key account management. Initially, this will be an individual contributor role for the first 8-12 months, with the potential to build and manage a team of SDRs/Inside Sales Reps based on performance.
BYOD Policy : As a startup, we operate with a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager/Executive or in a relevant role.
- Experience in Corporate Sales - B2B, ideally selling to Purchase Manager, HR/Admin, Owners/Directors, CMO, and CHRO.
- Experience in Service/Consultative selling.
- Ability to respond with a sense of urgency and handle confidential information.
