- Goal oriented to increase the customer base for Company.

- Always keen for self-development through training & certifications in the respective solution arena.

ALLIANCE MANAGEMENT :

- Strong understanding of principal/distributor organizations people, structure, goals.

- Good at Developing trust and a strong working relationship with key managers for business success.

- Leverage relationship and programs for delivering the best offerings - Technically and commercially to our customers for developing business.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT :

- Professional and high impact engagement with clients during the Sales / Pre and Post sales.

- Drive multiple technologies/solutions into each account and target business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Building an expertise with a range of technology products and solutions to handle prospective customers.

- Achievement of agreed targets and managing accounts.

- Draw up strategies to counter competition.

Should possess capabilities to handle strategic activities

- To generate leads and meet customers through field visits and product demonstrations.

- Should be able to know & understand the customer's business, workflow & mapping the accounts.

- Should be able to develop new accounts and further enhance the revenue through the product and vertical growth.

- Closing of orders and follow up for payments/ Collecting necessary documents.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

- Should have experience in B2B / Corporate Sales

- Good in negotiation and customer handling skills.

- Excellent language fluency, good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Should have driven & handled multiple team members under him.

- Should be able to achieve the overall Team targets.

EDUCATION :


UG: Graduation in any stream


PG: MBA/PGDM
