Manager - Corporate Sales - Retail (4-10 yrs)
Role : Manager - Corporate Sales - Luxury Retail
- Handling corporate sales/corporate gifting and client servicing via cold calling, email and social media.
- Acquire corporate clients for Pre-paid gift cards & bulk products.
- Ensure that the pipeline of prospects is strong enough to achieve target set for the Month. Build in pipeline of prospective clients by doing planned Corporate Meetings and Cold Calls.
- Should have focused approach for achieving Month on Month targets with emphasis on increasing Gross Margin and client universe, while keeping MT as sacrosanct number.
- Development of new clients and maintaining relations with the existing clients - From hunting to Farming.
- Making the quotes (costing) for the corporate at the time of requirement.
- Ensure adequate risk management while on boarding customers using KYC.
- Ensure that the Daily Calls Report, Tracking Sheet and Sales Report is regularly updated in CRM/Salesforce
- Ensure quality of service delivery and manage client relationships.
- Monitor and Ensure timely collection of account receivables.
- Coordinate with group companies for generating business.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 4+ years of experience in corporate sales for Gift Vocuher, PrePaid Voucher, Products
- Team Management
- Excellent communication
- Should be hands-on with Excel worksheets for doing the daily reporting and Sales Forecast for the given territory.
