Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Corporate Sales Manager with extensive experience in B2B sales of IT/Engineering products, preferably to manufacturing companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Identify potential clients, engage key decision-makers, and build relationships to create and close sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies for IT/engineering products, focusing on the manufacturing industry.
- Lead negotiations and prepare proposals to secure long-term, high-value contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and fostering repeat business.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, technical, etc.) to ensure that client requirements are met.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring the growth and profitability of the business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 6-10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of selling IT/Engineering products.
- Prior experience in selling to manufacturing companies is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IT and engineering solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits for clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and client engagements simultaneously.
