Manager - Corporate Sales - Recruitment/Staffing (5-10 yrs)
Business development, Sales and delivery of tech enabled recruitment solutions to Large & MSME & other Institutions
Responding to inbound enquiries for assigned regions, from all sources
A proactive planner with expertise in business planning, market plan execution, client acquisition, client servicing with a compulsory skill in competitor and market benchmarking & analysis.
Directly responsible for revenue generation (Hard core sales & service)

Defining prospect business from RFP to RFQ stage, price negotiation & closure, onboarding & Collection
Relationship Management and customer satisfaction across the accounts
Prospecting activities and researching potential prospects online in order to produce more qualified sales opportunities
