Manager - Corporate Sales - Placement Agency (5-15 yrs)
JOB RESPONISBILITIES BEING A PLACEMENT MANAGER
The candidate must have worked preferably in Edu-Tech/Education industry or at least in IT industry in relevant capacity.
1. Focusing overall placement and understanding the company's and client's requirement, sourcing them the right profile.
2. Client Relation with industries/organizations/Corporates and agencies for internship and placement of candidates pursuing data science curriculum with us. The candidate should have strong corporate relationships.
3. Handling entire corporate functions regarding placement of internal candidates along with strong understanding of corporate hiring trends and line managers' requirements.
4. Organize guest lectures, Seminars, corporate presentations, industry Visits to help secure more employment opportunities.
5. Establish close strategic partnership with corporate to collaborate recruitment and branding activities to achieve greater visibility.
6. Plan and organize events & other initiatives to achieve objectives.
7. Excellent inter-personal, verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
8. Develop Corporate, Government Bodies and Educational Institutional Sales for Data Science/Analytics Training in PAN INDIA.
9. Cold calling; corporate sales, B2B - making multiple outbound calls to potential corporate clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
10. Proactively grabbing all possible opportunities for Faculty Develop Program, Students Development Program & Employees Development Program.
11. Visiting various companies to develop a strong relationship both online & offline.
12. Maintaining a strong presence in different Job Portals and Social networks regarding placements& Corporate Tie-ups.
13. Maintaining the database of corporate bodies and MNCs along with maintaining the database of students found eligible for placement.
14. New Client development to place analytics students
15. Maintaining a database of placed students and post-placement tracking of students
16. Handling existing clients and new client acquisition for placement
17. Documentation of placement Tie-up
18. Prepare and submit monthly placement reports
19. Understanding client (Corporates, Government Bodies, Colleges & Universities) needs and offering analytics training and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFP)
20. Consulting corporate offices, Government Bodies, Colleges & Universities and Ensuring Business from them
21. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
22. Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials and closing of deals with necessary documentations
23. Continuous contact with the training team to offer the client any training delivery based on customized need.
