Job Description :
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives that align with the company's growth plans.
- Identify new leads and key contacts within corporate accounts.
- Act as subject matter expert for international relocation and assignment services and processes to deliver a consultative sales approach to potential clients.
- Participate in RFP process, and deliver sales presentations to executive level individuals from HR, Global Mobility and/or Procurement departments.
- Meet and exceed targets for revenue and new business.
- Attend industry events.
- Develop account plans for client accounts and provide regular reports on account progression.
- Review monthly sales and revenue with Sales Director to ensure established targets are met
- Update Salesforce with client information as required.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years- With Experience of Fortune 500 & MNC Corporate Sales.
- Proven success in new business development, in the relocation/global mobility sector or a related industry, with track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to take a consultative approach to sales.
- Passionate, self-motivated and results-focused.
- Local Geographical Knowledge.
