Manager - Corporate Sales - MICE (1-5 yrs)
Job Description:
- Identify business potential, develop and expand guest base in order to achieve MICE sales targets.
- Maintain solid relationship with corporate clients, event organizers, planners etc.
- Understand our products and keep upgrading the knowledge of destinations and itineraries.
- Be abreast with the latest happenings in the MICE business segment.
- Thorough International & Domestic Destination knowledge (MUST).
- Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to up-sell and attract incremental revenues.
- Continuously focuses on improving guest satisfaction to create customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Timely reporting on branch activities to management & providing periodic forecasts and budgets as required.
