Manager - Corporate Sales - IT (8-15 yrs)
We are hiring Corporate Sales Manager for our client who is a leader in the IT Industry.
Responsibilities :
1) Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
2) Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
3) Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
4) Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
5) Promoting the organization and products.
6) Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
7) Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
8) Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Qualifications :
1) BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
2) Experience in planning and implementing B2B sales of technical products or services is must.
3) Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
4) Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and strong business sense and industry expertise.
5) Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills preferred.
