Manager - Corporate Sales - IT (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Identify and target new corporate clients, focusing on B2B sales opportunities in line with company goals.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in corporate accounts,including setting objectives, identifying target markets, and crafting value propositions.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to corporate clients, negotiate terms and contracts, and close deals effectively.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the market.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Prepare regular sales reports, forecast sales, and provide insights into performance.

- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and to enhance the customer experience.

- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote products and expand business relationships.

- Gather client feedback on products/services and collaborate with the relevant departments to address any concerns or improve offerings.

Key Requirements :

- Minimum of 2+ years in corporate sales or B2B sales management. Previous experience in a similar industry is highly preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Strong B2B sales experience with the ability to develop new business and close deals.

- Proven ability to manage large accounts and sales pipelines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with highlevel corporate executives and present effectively.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience in managing complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.

- Ability to build rapport and trust with corporate clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.

Good understanding of the corporate market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Driven to meet and exceed sales targets with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
