Manager - Corporate Sales - IT (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed organizational goals.

- Recruit, train, and mentor field sales executives to build a high-performing sales team.

- Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and address customer concerns effectively.

- Conduct regular field visits to oversee sales activities and support team members in achieving targets.

- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in Relevant Field.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

- In-depth understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management, and negotiation techniques.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
