Manager - Corporate Sales - Investment Product (4-7 yrs)
Purpose of Role:
- Responsible for acquiring corporates in his mapped territory.
- Conducting corporate presentations and sales program at corporates.
- Converting the corporate employees to prospective clients.
Key Activities:
- To acquire corporates, and convert the corporate employees into clients.
- To conduct the presentations and worksite awareness and sales program at corporates.
- Responsible to achieve prefix sales target on weekly and monthly basis.
- Nos. wise we look at 4 corporates 100 clients and 1.5cr of AUM and 1.5.Lacs of Premium.
- Complete the cycle of prospecting to closing for each acquired client
Selection Criteria for CSM:
- MBA preferred /Graduate with 4-5 yrs of Sales Exp. In Investment product
- Experience in corporate retail sales would be preferred
- Should own vehicle-preferred two wheeler
- Sales experience should be from the same location
- Fluency in communication and excellent presentation skill
