Manager - Corporate Sales - Insurance (5-11 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Team Management : Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and monitor performance.
Channel Partnership : Build and maintain strong relationships with the bank's key decision-makers. Collaborate closely to identify opportunities and execute joint business plans.
Business Development : Identify new business opportunities within the bank's customer segments. Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns.
Performance Management : Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as needed.
Compliance Adherence : Ensure adherence to all compliance and regulatory guidelines. Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Required Skills and Experience :
