Manager - Corporate Sales - Insurance (4-15 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
Purpose :
Member of the Regional Corporate sales team, will be assigned an identified area to acquire new corporate clients and maintain existing relationships.
Main Priorities :
- To achieve sales targets
- To segment market and create mapping strategy
- To open new calls and create new business opportunities
- To maintain and service existing clients and get business year on year as well as to cross sell to them
- To develop and maintain relationships with brokers for business opportunities
- To liaise with the banca and tied agency channels for business opportunities
- To impart training to intermediaries products
Qualifications :
A high calibre graduate/MBA from a reputed university/ institute preferred.
Skills/ Knowledge :
- Concept selling experience & knowledge of business planning tools
- Direct selling and Business Development experience
- Sound understanding/knowledge of the Financial Services Sector
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven & dynamic personality
- Ability to handle stress
Experience :
- 1 to 6 years- experience in Corporate Sales
