Manager - Corporate Sales - Insurance (4-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Client Relationship Management :
- Proactively identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing timely assistance.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase our insurance offerings and address any inquiries.
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the corporate client portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations that highlight the benefits of our insurance products.
Product Knowledge and Expertise :
- Gain a deep understanding of our insurance products and services, staying updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Articulate the features, benefits, and coverage details of various insurance policies to clients.
Market Research and Analysis :
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify potential growth areas.
- Analyse client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to mitigate risks and uncertainties.
Collaboration and Teamwork :
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and claims specialists, to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
- Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Strong passion for sales and an ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Basic understanding of corporate insurance products and concepts (prior experience in insurance sales is a plus).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
